Although Paster Construction is actively managed on a daily basis by Gary Paster, other key managers have made longstanding contributions to the company’s success. Each of the following managers have worked for Gary for up to three decades.

He excels in meeting the needs of the most challenging and demanding clients. He has worked with AD member Steven Ehrlich.

Craig Ott, Project Manager having passed the 30-year mark with Paster in early 2010, Craig has literally done it all. Recently, he managed a two-year complete renovation for a long-time client. He has worked with AD100 member Craig Wright.

Michael Baltimore, Project Manager, has been Paster’s senior technical expert for most of his tenure, which began in 1986. He oversees Paster’s elite carpentry division, which tackles our most complex construction challenge as well as our clients’ confidential and security-related needs. He has also overseen numerous projects on his own, and has served as the senior foreman on our largest and most complex projects.

Jesse Herrera, Project Manager, has been with Paster for over a decade, Jesse has been a manager on two of the company’s most recent large-scale projects, a traditional 20,000 square foot residence in Pacific Palisades and a uniquely complex, recently completed 30,000 square foot residence in Beverly Hills. He has worked with two members of Architectural Digest’s AD100, Michael S. Smith and Ferguson & Shamamian.
